Ross Creek Hideout Volunteer Trail Maintenance
On Saturday, July 26, I joined a group of hardy Hideout volunteers to remove sagebrush and invasive weeds along an overgrown single track trail at the Ross Creek side of the Jordanelle state park. It was hard work but the trail is now wide enough to accommodate hikers and bikers passing safely. Thanks to the Hideout Parks, Opens Spaces, and Trails (POST) Committee and the Jordanelle State Park for coordinating this event.
The next volunteer trails maintenance day is on Saturday, August 16, from 8 AM to noon. We can use your help, so please volunteer!
